Join us for a workout led by Sable Colón at Fabletics Orlando!

This will be a Full Body Functional & Core workout for all levels! This workout will include training several muscle groups in the body. Strength, coordination, neuromuscular control and movement are the focus in the workout (how to move your body). A 20 minute core workout is also included in the workout.

The equipment needed is a towel, yoga mat, and water.
